Because I don't like MPI_Bsend :)

Seriously, it's not there because the buffered send is not very
useful. It forces the MPI implementation to make an extra copy of the
data, and gives almost no extra functionality to the user. Do you have
a particular use of MPI_Bsend that MPI.NET doesn't support?
