In general when MPI-2 is supported, MPI_COMM_SPAWN can be used to create
new processes. MPI.NET does not support the use of this function at this
time, though. (MPI.NET implements only part of MPI-2.) If there is
demand for it though, we could consider adding it to a future version,
so people should let us know if it is something that would be useful to
them.
