I'm trying to install MPI.NET <> from the source code under

Frist, I donwloaded the file "" and followed the steps
described in README.txt.
Unfortunately, I got some problem when running the make command.
The "./configure" command at the top tree works without errors but "make"

$ make
Making all in MPIUtils
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/amenophis/'
/usr/bin/ilasm2 /dll /output:MPIUtils.dll /key:./MPIUtils.snk
Assembling '' , no listing file, to dll --> 'MPIUtils.dll'

Signing assembly with the specified strongname keypair
Operation completed successfully
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/amenophis/'
Making all in MPI
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/amenophis/'
Makefile:19: *** missing separator (did you mean TAB instead of 8 spaces?).
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/amenophis/'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Second, I downloaded the source code using Subversion.
Again, it fails while running the script.

$ sh
--> Running aclocal
/usr/share/aclocal/nspr.m4:8: warning: underquoted definition of
/usr/share/aclocal/nspr.m4:8: run info '(automake)Extending aclocal'
/usr/share/aclocal/nspr.m4:8: or see error: AC_SUBST: `MCS ILASM MONO MPIEXEC PERL
     MPI_SHARED_LIB_NAME MPI_FUNC_PREFIX' is not a valid shell variable name the top level
autom4te: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1
aclocal: autom4te failed with exit status: 1
*** aclocal failed

I found a mailling archive ( from an user
with the same problem, but no answer/tip/fix for it.

Anyone know how successfuly compile MPI.NET <> under Linux?
Any patchs for these related problems?
