I've never tried MPI# but, actually, the current trunk version of
MPI.NET that is on svn should build with MPICH2, at least, it did the
last time I tried it. You have to make sure the constant MPICH2 is
defined when building, but otherwise it should just work. (Of course
that involves building MPI.NET which is usually slightly more
complicated than building client programs.)
