I am trying to compile on linux but I get to this stopping point after running ./configure
....checking for mpiexec... /opt/apps/intel13/mvapich2/1.9/bin/mpiexecchecking which MPI is available... MPICH2-basedchecking for location of mpi.h... /opt/apps/intel13/mvapich2/1.9/include/mpi.hchecking for MPI_Init in -lpmpich... nochecking for PMPI_Init in -lmpich... yesconfigure: error: MPICH library is built statically. Please install MPICH built as a shared library by configuring MPICH with the --enable-sharedlibs=??? option)login4$
I verified that the shared library is actually on the lib folder:
login4$ lsclog2print.jar libmpl.a mpe_prof.oclog2TOdrawable.jar pkgconfigclog2TOslog2.jar liblmpe.a slog2filter.jarclogprint.jar libmpe.a libmpichf90.a slog2navigator.jarclogTOdrawable.jar libmpe_collchk.a slog2printrecur.jarclogTOslog2.jar libmpe_f2cmpi.a libopa.a slog2printserial.jarjumpshot.jar libmpe_nompi.a slog2update205to206.jarjumpshot_launcher.jar libmpe_nompi_null.a traceprint.jarlibampe.a libmpe_null.a trace_rloglibfmpich.a libmpich.a libmpichcxx.a logconvertor.jarlogin4$
Anybody has a clue?Thanks,Fed
