MPI.NET's reference documentation is generated directly from comments in the C# source code. The API reference is available in three different forms:

Microsoft Help 1.x: included with the MPI.NET SDK installation. Open up the "MPI.NET API Reference" item from Program Files|MPI.NET.
Microsoft Help 2.x: available from within Visual Studio. Just hit "F1" and search for the various MPI.NET class names.
Online API reference: available from this web page.
