Parameters

comm
Type: System..::.Int32
The existing communicator.
ndims
Type: System..::.Int32
The number of dimensions for the Cartesian grid.
dims

An array of length ndims indicating the size of the grid in each dimension.
periods

A logical array of length ndims indicating whether the grid is periodic in any given dimension.
