pics Villa Terrace
[July, 2007] Villa Terrace is a gorgeous early-twentieth-century Great House that I'm always glad to visit, particularly on sunny afternoons. The house itself is beautiful, if decadent, the gardens are well-kept, peaceful, and offer a fantastic view of Lake Michigan, and there are unusual art exhibitions. I wish they'd let me in the kitchen, though!
